The benefits

Spending just a few minutes twice a day practicing Vedic Meditation allows stress to naturally dissolve, the 'fight or flight' stress chemicals are mechanically replaced at the cellular level with 'stay and play' bliss chemicals, until what remains is a baseline chemistry of bliss and happiness, security and wellbeing - the happiness we've all been searching for in all the wrong places.

The effect of this change in the physiology brings innumerable benefits to the life and health of a Vedic meditator, including:

  • Improved sleep (the body now has less work to do overnight)

  • increased energy levels (meditation provides rest deeper than sleep)

  • relief from stress-related health disorders - anxiety, depression, fatigue, digestive, reproductive and immune conditions

  • increased mental clarity, intelligence, memory and creativity

  • Increased resilience and adaptability

  • increased sense of calm and presence and less emotional reactivity

  • faster recovery from illness and injury

  • a general sense of fulfilment and contentment

  • increased levels of spontaneous happiness and joy
