You may have read books about letting go and the power of release of emotion, fully, like the Untethered Soul & Letting Go, by David Hawkins.  But how does one actually do it?  How does it work in a practical sense?  How do I do it when triggered?  I'm actually afraid to feel, how does it work?  This recorded workshop addresses all of these questions in a very practical sense.

    This technique is the ultimate complement to a meditation practice, a tool for surrender & letting go in daily life.
