In April 2026, we journey together to the lush shores of Yelapa, a boat-access-only village in Southern Mexico, for a deep exploration of the sacred Divine Feminine.
This retreat has been years in the making. I’ve long felt a calling to share sacred work in Mexico—a land pulsing with sensuality, shakti (feminine organising power), beauty, wildness, and mystery. That calling has always been connected to the feminine: to offer a great reconnection, reawakening & reclaiming of Her.
Together, we will immerse ourselves in daily practices to awaken and enliven aspects of the Divine Feminine within. Across the week, we will move through some of her many faces—softness, abundance, power, sensuality, stillness, creation, wildness, devotion. All held by the vibrant, abundant landscape of Mexico.

What a Day on Retreat in Mexico Looks Like (subject to change)
6.30-7.30 - Sacred Ritual (puja) to awaken the senses & open channels of receptivity & powerful Group Meditation
7.30-8.30 - Cacao & reflection/journalling
8.30-9.45 - Journey into the Sacred Feminine: enlivening different aspects of the divine feminine through prana (breath), movement, mudra, mantra & kriya. These sessions are incredibly powerful and serve to raise your energetic vibration & rewire energetic patterning & neural pathways.
10-12 - Breakfast & Time to enjoy the space/integrate
12-1.00 - Wisdom Session & activation
1.00pm - Lunch & Free time or excursion
4pm - Group Rounds & Meditation
6pm - Dinner

Our eco resort, Pura Vida, is situated in a secluded bay, with boat-only access from Puerto Vallarta (a 2-3 hour direct flight from LA).
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Yelapa, a hidden gem nestled along Mexico's Pacific coast. Yelapa has no cars so it’s the perfect place to unwind.
Pura Vida’s rooms are oceanfront, nestled on side of a hill, and surrounded by lush jungle. Many are open air allowing for views of the ocean or jungle, privacy, security and fresh air. All feature queen beds (including the twin rooms) & private bathrooms.
The property features an ocean water pool, jacuzzi (spa), and on-site healing treatments to indulge yourself in.

Can I come alone and book a twin spot?
Yes! We have a great record of matching people with someone they’ll get on with in a twin room & many participants come alone and make friends for life on our retreats.
Can men attend?
Yes, men are welcome. This retreat is centred around exploring and awakening the divine feminine, which resides in all of us, so any men or people who feel called to this retreat are welcome to join us in enlivening the higher aspects of divine feminine flow, abundance, clarity, love, power, fierce presence and the deep restoration this week will bring.
What if I need to cancel?
We can refund you if we’re able to fill your spot, but we recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover at the time of booking to cover any valid cause for cancellation.
What if I’m completely new to meditation?
There’s an opportunity to learn Vedic Meditation on retreat so it is suitable for beginners - we’ll take great care of you, support you into a practice you’ll have for life and adjust your program as necessary. If you’re just getting started in your practice this is also a great way to deepen & understand your practice more.
Is this is a rounding retreat?
This is not your traditional rounding retreat. We will use rounding to integrate some of the other practices and to support deep restoration of the nervous system. Our central focus is an activation, exploration and expansion into the divine feminine in her many forms through expansive morning journeys & elevating wisdom.
