A Simple Technique for Deep Rest
Vedic Meditation is an effortless, natural mental technique practiced sitting comfortably—on a chair, sofa, or even in bed. It uses a specific type of mantra (or “mind vehicle”) silently repeated within the mind. This sound is designed to gently draw the awareness inward, anchoring the mind and allowing the body to enter a profound state of rest—deeper than sleep.
As the body settles, it begins to release deep-rooted stress and fatigue, restoring balance and vitality.
Once learned through expert instruction, the practice feels easy and natural. With regular use, it brings noticeable benefits: more energy, mental clarity, emotional steadiness, better sleep, improved memory and mood—and a significant reduction in stress.
What is Vedic Meditation?
Georgia is a Master Teacher of Vedic Meditation and one of the most experienced teachers globally, having personally taught over 1,500 people to meditate.
Her journey with the practice began after a period of profound personal challenge—facing burnout and a diagnosis of bowel cancer at the age of 32. Seeking a sustainable tool for healing and resilience, she discovered Vedic Meditation as a way to restore energy, release stress and anxiety, improve mood, and support both mental and physical wellbeing.
Today, Georgia shares this ancient practice with warmth, clarity, and deep lived experience—helping others reconnect with themselves and live from a more empowered, peaceful state.
