What is Vedic Meditation?
A definition of Vedic Meditation: Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless mental resting technique which uses a particular type of mantra (a short sound thought silently inside the mind), which has the capacity to draw the mind inward, inducing deep states of rest which is highly restorative for the mind & body.
It is taught in-person over 4 x 90 minute sessions by an expert teacher. At the end of those four sessions, you’ll be able to meditate successfully and self-sufficiently, are provided with ongoing support via free weekly group meditations & knowledge meetings and the option to progress down the track with advanced practices, retreats & deeper knowledge.
