Awaken to your Inner Bliss in Bali - 2027

The retreat is held at Gaia Oasis Beach resort. which is the most divine, peaceful space in North Bali where the ocean crashes onto black sand beaches. This is one of those places where the website does not to it justice. It’s one of my favourite places to visit & run retreats. We’ll round in the thatched yoga shala, eat together in the oceanside open air restaurant, enjoy the lush & spacious grounds.

The resort has plenty of space for time alone - including a lovely pool area, beach, open air restaurant with lounge area, loungers along the waterfront and spa. There will be plenty of time outside of rounds for ocean swims, pool time, reading, chatting with other medi-mates, divine spa treatments and delicious meals and snacks such as coconuts, fruit smoothies etc which are available for purchase from the restaurant between meals.

Rounding is a powerful, simple, natural advanced technique incorporating yoga asanas, breathwork (pranayama) & 20 minutes of meditation, which is designed to trigger change at an accelerated rate.  One week of rounding is the equivalent of approximately a year's twice daily meditation. 

No yoga experience required. All participants must have learned Vedic Meditation and rounding prior to attending, however we can arrange to teach anyone interested to learn prior to the retreat. Places are limited and it sells out every year,  hit Learn More below for information or to reserve your space.
