Each full moon carries its own quality - its own flavour of energy, determined by the nakshatra (lunar mansion) it falls in and the astrology surrounding it. Most people feel it without understanding it. Full Moon Club changes that.
Once a month, we gather online for 75 minutes. We work with the breath, ground, energetically clear emotional residue from the month, and open into a guided conscious reflection & manifestation experience that's specifically attuned to the astrology of that full moon. Your monthly energetic upgrade, under the light of the moon, the conscious expander.
This is not a passive experience. You'll be breathing, moving energy, and actively working with your own system. Georgia holds the space. The full moon and the practice do the rest.

✦ Astrological Opening - 01
Georgia contextualises the astrology of the full moon — the nakshatra, the sign, what it means for this moment in time. Knowledge that makes the practice land deeper.
✦ Breathwork - 02
Breath practices calibrated to the energy of the moon. Some moons call for activation. Some for softening. The practice responds to what's needed.
✦ Kriya & Chakra Work - 03
Clearing, balancing, and activating through movement and energy practices. This is where accumulated tension and stagnation shift.
✦ Conscious Reflection & Manifestation - 04
A guided meditation and reflection to receive what the full moon is offering. Deep rest. Integration. The intelligence that arrives in stillness.
