Powerful group practice via morning and afternoon rounds (there will be opportunities to learn the rounding process before the retreat), delicious nourishing meals and company, and elevating discussion.

The retreat will be held at Kula, Muriwai which is an easy 45 minute drive from Auckland. Breathe in the fresh ocean air and take in the expansive views while rounding & listening to knowledge, overlooking the Tasman Sea from the clifftops of Muriwai. We’ll finish in time to grab an evening flight out of Auckland.
On this one day immersive experience, you will:

Explore how to uncover, release and expand beyond self limiting beliefs with plenty of time for Q&A about your own personal areas of challenge and experiences.

Suitable for : Any meditator looking for a nourishing day and to experience a taster of a full retreat experience. Anyone looking to master their intuition and move more from a a sense of inner knowing and flow.
Prerequisites : You have learned Vedic Meditation from a qualified teacher, you've learned the rounding process. Both of these can be arranged prior to our retreat . Email us to learn.
Includes: Group rounding experience, Wisdom sessions, Morning tea, lunch & chai. Excludes: travel to and from the retreat.

I’ve just learned to meditate, is it too soon to round?
No you can begin rounding/attend a retreat as soon as you’ve learned.
I have dietary requirements, can you cater to those?
We will endeavour to meet most requirements. Please specify your dietary requirements at the time of booking/enquire.
I have no yoga experience or have an injury, can I participate?
Yoga experience is not required. We have modifications for those who have injuries.
I haven’t learned to round, can I attend?
We recommend you take the opportunity to learn to round at the rounding workshop the day before in Auckland, or contact us to learn privately. Take the rounding process home with you, along with the experience of a deeply nourishing day.
I’m pregnant, is it suitable for me?
We can tailor your rounding process for pregnancy.
